The Company: We are working with a Greater Manchester based, leading fit-out contractor who specialise in the leisure & hospitality markets. They have built an enviable reputation and work for a mixture of blue-chip clients and independents. Due to a strong pipeline of work set for the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are looking to recruit a Trainee/Assistant Site Manager to join their team.

The Role: They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Trainee/Assistant Site Manager. The business in question are big believers in progression from within; if you are looking for further development in your career, this contractor will support you to achieve this. You will work closely with senior members of the team to help guide you to the next step in your career.

You: You will have experience working as a Trainee/Assistant Site Manager. Experience in the fit-out sector is preferred but not essential. You will hold construction related qualifications i.e. Construction Management Degree/SMSTS/SSSTS/First Aid. You will be willing to work away when necessary.
