As one of the UK's leading providers of Pet Care Services, we are looking for dedicated animal lovers to join us as Independent Pet Care Professionals providing Dog Walking and/or Pet Sitting and Visiting services. Working entirely in their own local area, our Pet Care Professionals offer exemplary service and are provided with fully accredited and certified training to diploma standard along with fully comprehensive insurance cover to ensure absolute peace of mind for our customers.
Whether the customer is looking for regular walks or a one-off house sit, our professionals provide a simple and efficient service direct to their door. Our Pet Care Professionals set their own hours, their own working area and the services they're happy to provide so they have complete flexibility to work their way and on their schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily walks with dogs in accordance with scheduled appointments, ensuring each dog receives appropriate exercise and attention.
- Monitor dogs' behaviour during walks, recognising signs of distress or discomfort and responding appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and safe walking environment for all animals involved.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' behaviour, health, or any concerns observed during walks.
- Handle dogs safely, including managing multiple animals at once if necessary.
- Assist with basic animal care tasks such as feeding or administering medication if required (training provided).
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all duties.
