We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing graduate to join our team in Armagh
The Graduate Digital Marketing Executive role is designed for entry-level marketing professionals beginning their careers in digital marketing.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and collaborating with the Brand Executive, you will gain hands-on experience executing campaigns, managing content, and supporting the optimisation of the digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities
Supporting Campaign Execution
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e. g., social media posts, ezines) under the guidance of senior marketers.
- Help deliver day-to-day marketing tasks aligned with overall campaign strategy.
- Schedule content across platforms using tools such as Social Pilot.
Social Media Management
- Support the management of MTM Group’s social media platforms (e. g., Instagram, Facebook, Linked In).
- Draft and refine engaging social media copy, ensuring brand consistency.
- Schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor engagement and flag trends or issues to the Group Marketing Manager & Brand Executive.
Content Creation Support
- Maintain and update content calendars to ensure timely, brand-aligned output.
- Proofread marketing materials for accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Support presentation branding to ensure decks meet visual standards.
- Assist with internal content such as Internal Ezines and contribute to Quarterly Newsletter copywriting.
Database & Administrative Support
- Assist with marketing database cleansing to maintain accurate contact lists.
- Organise marketing assets, file campaign materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Help prepare basic performance reports (social media metrics, and website analytics).
- Support the team in identifying trends and opportunities for optimisation based on digital activity.
