As a Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the Creative Manager and wider marketing team in producing visual content for MTM Engineering and sister companies. You will help maintain brand consistency, assist in developing new assets and contribute to campaigns across the Group. This role will require travel to our other offices across both jurisdictions in Ireland, so either a UK or Irish passport will be required. Visa sponsorship cannot be offered for this role.
About MTM Engineering: MTM Engineering is a market leading specialist electrical contractor that provides medium voltage (MV) and low voltage (LV) cable installation, termination services, busbar and containment solutions for a wide range of construction projects. Headquartered in Ireland, we deliver mission critical projects for a range of customers across Europe and beyond. Our expertise spans industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, critical infrastructure and more.
Responsibilities:
- Design print assets for each brand, including brochures, flyers, presentations, posters, signage and marketing collateral.
- Produce engaging digital content for social, email marketing and websites.
- Assist in developing and maintaining consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative Manager and other company departments to understand design needs across all Group companies.
- Help maintain a library of templates and brand assets.
Requirements:
- Degree in graphic design or related field.
- Portfolio of work showcasing branding, layout design and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Knowledge of Adobe Express, Firefly and Premier Pro would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines and on own initiative.
- Someone who is willing to learn, with a strong desire to grow creatively and expand skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- A UK or Irish passport is required.
