We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Derry. Will be working on Data Centre projects across Europe. This role is central to ensuring the successful delivery of integrated and coordinated electrical packages. You will work closely with the Client, BIM Manager, Contract Manager, Technical Electrical Project Managers and on-site teams to manage project delivery from planning through to completion.

Our expertise spans industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, critical infrastructure, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate BIM models.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage model integration, federation, and version control throughout project lifecycle.
  • Oversee model setup, shared coordinates, levels, grids, and file organisation.
  • Conduct clash detection using tools such as Navisworks, ACC, or similar platforms.
  • Generate clash reports and coordinate resolution with design and construction teams.
  • Track and manage issues through coordination meetings and issue-tracking platforms.
  • Coordinate internal/client meetings with Engineering / TPMs teams.
  • Assist in the training mentoring of junior team members and apprentice (HLA’s).

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in BIM Modeler, BIM Technician, or BIM Engineer (MEP electrical services).
  • Proficiency in BIM authoring tools such as Autodesk Revit (MEP).
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar CDE platforms.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Work to exceptionally high standards.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C2 level), both written and spoken.
  • EU citizenship or unrestricted visa-free travel within the EU.
  • Electrical experience with trade background welcome to apply for the role.
