We are currently seeking a BMS Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of Building Management Systems packages on large-scale projects across Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe. This role is central to ensuring that all BMS works are executed to the highest standards of technical accuracy, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong collaboration with clients, design teams, commissioning specialists and site operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for all BMS-related contractual, commercial and installation requirements, guiding each package from tender engagement through to project completion with a focus on efficiency, reliability and operational excellence.

Headquartered in Ireland, we deliver mission critical projects for a range of customers across Europe and beyond. Our expertise spans industry sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, renewables, power generation, critical infrastructure and more.
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of BMS packages on data centre projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, programme milestones and budget targets.
- Coordinate closely with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of BMS systems with wider building services and critical infrastructure.
- Support tender reviews, bid preparation, and contract negotiations for upcoming BMS opportunities within data centre projects.
- Ensure all contractual obligations, specifications and technical requirements are clearly understood and communicated to internal teams and subcontractors.
- Monitor project performance across quality, safety, schedule and financial metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Manage, mentor and coordinate both site teams and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance throughout installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Oversee labour planning, material coordination, plant requirements, and sequencing to ensure efficient and uninterrupted project delivery.
- Lead change management processes, including negotiation and agreement of variations, scope adjustments and additional works.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on project progress, commissioning status, quality control and health and safety compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to data centre standards, commissioning protocols and quality assurance procedures.
3rd level qualification in Engineering, Building Services, Controls or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing BMS or controls-focused packages within data centre or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of BMS architecture, controls integration, commissioning workflow and data centre operational requirements.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
