ABOUT THE ROLE
- General management of Estimating Team;
- Monitor enquiries within the company and speaking directly with customers and end users
- Prepare quotations which incorporate pressing, fabrication, machining and subcontract work
- Work from customer drawings to produce detailed quotations
- Produce accurate and detailed manufacturing cost estimates generated from detailed client manufacturing drawings
- Attend in‑house project meetings when necessary, to enable the successful and cost‑effective running of enquiries
- Be mindful of deadlines and achieve where possible and keep all involved informed of delays
ABOUT YOU
- Highly literate and numerate, commercially astute
- Confidence to deal with decision makers and customers directly
- Proficient in using CRM and CAD software and other sales tools
- A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

- Monday-Thursday 0800-1700
- Friday 0800-1600
