Review of ISIR and FAIR reports prior to submission.
First point of contact for internal quality concerns.
Investigate Non-conformances, both internal and external and implement CAPA measures.
Compilation and submission of PPAP documents as requested by customers.
Provide inspection support as required (Absence / Workload).
Review and approval of concessions prior to submission to customers.
Conduct daily QA audits.
Conduct and lead 8D investigation reports issued by QHSE Manager.
Development of process controls for specific processes.
Generate Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR’s) follow up to ensure effective CAPA are implemented.
ABOUT YOU
Recent / relevant experience in a similar Quality role within metal fabrication / engineering.
Demonstrable understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and core tools.
Precision in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.
Highly motivated, proactive, team-orientated and outcomes driven.
A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements.
Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others.
WORKING HOURS
Monday-Friday: Monday – Thursday 0800-1700, Friday 0800-1600 (Finish at 1330 every other Friday).
