ABOUT THE ROLE
- Project management experience with a wide scope of responsibility to take projects from order through to full production
- To lead multi-disciplined project teams from inception to achievement of desired results
- Provide technically sound engineering solutions to achieve effective results and to resolve any potential problems or issues
- Main point of contact for designated blue-chip customers, ensuring liaisons to manage customer requirements and expectations including variations from original order
- To prepare accurate timelines for all aspects of each project
- To provide timely project status reports and presentations to the Company’s Board
ABOUT YOU
- Recent / relevant experience in a Project Manager role within heavy engineering and fabrication
- Degree in Engineering or relevant qualification
- Leader in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes, systems and associated tools
- Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering information
- Effective in jig design using auto cad and inventor software
- A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

- Monday-Friday 0700-1600
