Main Responsibilities

  • Organises and supports students as a homeroom teacher, helping them develop respect for their country and environment
  • Maintains regular communication with parents and involves them in students’ development
  • Conducts lessons appropriate to students’ age, using different teaching methods and materials
  • Prepares lesson plans and ensures the curriculum is fully covered
  • Supervises and supports the work of other teachers in the team
  • Develops annual and daily plans, and monitors and evaluates progress
  • Participates in professional meetings and suggests improvements to teaching practices
  • Continuously works on professional development
  • Maintains discipline during lessons
