- At least 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate field
- Ability to use modern educational and electronic equipment (smart boards, tablets, computers, etc.) in the classroom
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, C1 level of English, excellent language skills
- Relevant training certificates in the field
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills

Main Responsibilities
- Organises and supports students as a homeroom teacher, helping them develop respect for their country and environment
- Maintains regular communication with parents and involves them in students’ development
- Conducts lessons appropriate to students’ age, using different teaching methods and materials
- Prepares lesson plans and ensures the curriculum is fully covered
- Supervises and supports the work of other teachers in the team
- Develops annual and daily plans, and monitors and evaluates progress
- Participates in professional meetings and suggests improvements to teaching practices
- Continuously works on professional development
- Maintains discipline during lessons
