- Establish clear and consistent routines that support behaviour expectations and classroom management.
- Foster positive relationships with children to support their well-being, confidence, and independence.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and development using appropriate tools and strategies.
- Attend staff meetings, parent conferences, school events, and professional development sessions as required.
- Uphold the school’s values, policies, and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Support children in daily routines such as dressing, eating, hygiene, and transitions throughout the day.
