MTI Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Presales Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. With a decade-long reputation for innovation and excellence in cybersecurity services, we serve government, financial, and commercial sectors. This role supports our expanding sales team and customer base by providing technical assistance and service design, and by developing comprehensive, winning scopes of work and proposals across various cybersecurity solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Customer Interaction: Assist account managers in understanding customer requirements and drafting appropriate scopes and proposals for a wide range of cybersecurity solutions.
- Client Engagement: Attend and lead customer meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Service Promotion: Advise on and promote MTI's cybersecurity services.
- Training: Provide technical and compliance training to the Sales Team in an accessible manner.
- Collaboration: Work with the partner and the service delivery teams to develop high-quality, competitive scopes, proposals, and supporting documentation.
- Knowledge Sharing: Participate in knowledge sharing with all MTI commercial personnel.
- Technical Proficiency: Maintain and develop comprehensive knowledge of all MTI cybersecurity services.
- Client Queries: Address technical and scoping queries from existing and potential clients.
- Professional Development: Develop skills that enhance performance as a Presales Consultant.
- Record Keeping: Keep records updated and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Role Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in pre-sales.
- Proficient technical and market knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including Network Security, GRC, AD, IAM, MDR, Vulnerability Management, SIEM/SOAR SOC.
- Awareness of IT & Information Security Good Practices to provide competent and reliable advice.
- Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
- Proven record of delivering comprehensive, winning proposals and full tender responses.
- Experienced presenter to customers and at sales events, conferences, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office for well-presented and quickly completed documents.
- Ideally, demonstrable experience in the healthcare and NHS sector and knowledge of specific compliance requirements.
- Sector-specific knowledge for Financial Services, Defence, Central Government, IT Service Providers, Wider Public Sector, Charities, Commercial, and Services Sectors.
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, Tenable, Trend Micro, and Palo Alto.
- Certified in relevant security disciplines.
- SC Clearance for UK.
