This role will focus on driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery across Salesforce implementations, helping organisations maximise value from their technology investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver change and training strategies for complex Salesforce transformation programmes
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, discovery workshops, and persona mapping activities
- Design and deliver engaging Salesforce training materials, including role-based “day-in-the-life” learning content
- Facilitate Train-the-Trainer and end-user training sessions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support change leadership and adoption initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery through feedback and insights
Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing change, training, or enablement roles
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce implementations or digital transformation programmes
