We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-profile financial services technology organisation undergoing significant transformation and modernisation. Working within a central technology function, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, technology governance, service delivery, and business processes across a large and complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand current and future-state processes.
- Produce detailed process maps, workflows, and operating models using Visio or similar process modelling tools.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation, and efficiency improvements.
- Support programme and project delivery through impact assessments, gap analysis, and business case development.
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive reporting materials for leadership audiences.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, technology teams, and business representatives to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
- Support governance activities and contribute to programme reporting and steering committee packs.
- Ensure requirements and business outcomes are clearly understood and communicated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within large-scale technology, infrastructure, or transformation programmes.
- Strong process mapping and process improvement experience.
- Advanced Visio skills with the ability to create clear and professional process flows and operating models.
- Strong PowerPoint skills, including the creation of executive-level presentations and reporting packs.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, or operational transformation environments.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Experience supporting senior leadership and executive stakeholder groups.
- Relevant Business Analysis certifications (BCS, IIBA, CBAP, or equivalent).
