Our client is a tier-one global financial institution driving an aggressive digital modernization across its capital markets infrastructure. They are currently re-architecting their core mission-critical workflow engine to scale from hundreds of concurrent users to thousands. This transformation involves integrating advanced AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation to handle massive daily transactional volume.

As an Expert Systems Developer within Global Technology & Operations, you will lead the architectural evolution and scaling of this high-throughput platform. You will act as a technical pillar, influencing system design, driving automation, and embedding intelligent decisioning into enterprise-scale workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architectural Influence: Lead high-level design discussions and provide strategic technical direction to scale a platform processing millions of complex operations monthly.
  • Engineering Excellence: Elevate code quality across the engineering group through rigorous code reviews, mentoring, and enforcing robust design patterns.
  • Performance Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot critical system issues, and performance-tune distributed architectures.
