We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll take ownership of building scalable and secure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, working from detailed architectural designs to deliver high-quality, production-ready features. This is a hands-on technical role with a strong focus on development, automation, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Build and configure Salesforce Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, workflows, and automation.
- Develop robust Salesforce Flows and write clean, scalable Apex code (classes, triggers, components).
- Use DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps to manage deployments, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Operate in an Agile environment, managing user stories and tasks in Jira.
- Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver on time and to spec.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to peer reviews and quality control.
- Support live Salesforce applications and contribute to continuous improvement.
Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong exposure to Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flow development and advanced process automation.
- Strong Apex programming skills and experience with unit testing.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including source control (Git), branching, and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred).
- Awareness of accessibility standards and testing.
