A leading consultancy is seeking a Salesforce Training Consultant to support large-scale transformation programmes. This role will focus on driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery across Salesforce implementations, helping organisations maximise value from their technology investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver change and training strategies for complex Salesforce transformation programmes
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, discovery workshops, and persona mapping activities
  • Design and deliver engaging Salesforce training materials, including role-based “day-in-the-life” learning content
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer and end-user training sessions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support change leadership and adoption initiatives
  • Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery through feedback and insights

Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing change, training, or enablement roles
  • Strong experience supporting Salesforce implementations or digital transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and design
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite when required
