A leading global investment bank is looking for a PMO Analyst to join its Technology Change function in Glasgow. This team drives large-scale transformation programs across the firm, delivering impactful change in collaboration with global technology and business stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, and financial tracking, while also leveraging your technical skills to build Power BI dashboards and enhance SharePoint tools that support data-driven decision-making.
- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and risk tracking.
- Create and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and governance materials.
- Manage Agile ceremonies and maintain artefacts like sprint boards and story maps.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and automation.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in a PMO or project coordination role within financial services or technology.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and SharePoint.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a plus.
