You’ll gain hands‑on training, industry‑recognised certifications, and the opportunity to work with leading organisations across the UK—while being supported by experts every step of the way.
What You’ll Learn – 5‑Week Training Academy
Before joining a client, you’ll complete a practical, industry‑aligned training academy designed to build core project management capabilities. Your modules include:
- Essential Skills
- Introduction to Project Management
- Introduction to CAPM
- Leading Projects
- Business Analysis Skills
- Developing Project Schedules and Budgets
- Communicating and Empowering Stakeholders
- Managing Quality, Risks, Changes and Closure
Training is delivered through lectures, group work, self-study, and hands‑on projects—led by experienced instructors who understand what employers need.
What Happens After Training
Once you successfully complete the academy, you’ll join one of our clients on a two‑year fixed‑term assignment. Here’s what to expect:
- Competitive starting salary of ÂŁ25,500, reviewed every six months
- Performance‑based annual bonus
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays

Certifications You Can Work Toward
- PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®)

You’ll also continue to develop your consulting skill set through the Peregrine Core Competencies: communication, stakeholder management, ownership, action orientation, adaptability, continuous learning, strategic thinking, and diversity & inclusion.
