Training Programme

The Academy typically lasts 6 weeks and is delivered remotely through a combination of:

Our goal is to equip you with the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in a client-facing role. During training and after graduation, you'll have opportunities to interview with our client partners for available placements.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for ambitious individuals who are eager to learn, develop professionally, and build a career in business transformation and project delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • A degree (2:1 or above preferred) in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, STEM, Social Sciences, Humanities, or another discipline with strong transferable skills
  • Alternatively, relevant experience gained through internships, placements, apprenticeships, bootcamps, or similar programmes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A genuine interest in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Change Management

Additional Information
