Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with GTS leadership to establish and maintain delivery plans.
- Produce and manage regular project and programme reporting.
- Track and monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams and coordination activities.
- Maintain programme documentation within Share Point and Confluence.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and scheduling activities.
- Support PMO governance processes and controls.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings and governance forums.
- Produce dashboard reporting and programme metrics.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
