What you’ll doYou’ll work on large-scale, mission-critical software engineering challenges, collaborating closely with Business Analysts and QA teams. Depending on the project, you’ll use either Waterfall or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the technical design and delivery of product features based on solutions agreed with stakeholders. Because these applications require 24/7 availability, you’ll focus heavily on performance, reliability, and other non-functional requirements.

If successful, you’ll join the mthree Academy for 4–8 weeks of online training focused on C++ or other in-demand languages. After training, you’ll work with our client for 18 months, with ongoing support and salary increase after 9 months. Most graduates convert to permanent roles afterwards.
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (2:1 or higher)
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles
- Troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Familiarity with SDLC and test-driven development
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
