Application Support Specialist – Front Office, Fixed Income/FX

A Major investment bank requires an Application Support Specialist to join their Fixed Income/FX E-Trading IT area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role towards ongoing maintenance, project-based ECN on-boarding, and support of electronically traded credit and rates Fixed Income products.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis, configuration, and 2nd line support of the Fixed Income Electronic Trading platform.
• Support for new releases of the product.
• Detailed Application Support experience.
• ITRS Geneos support and configuration experience.
• A solid understanding of Unix and SQL.
• Experience with Fixed Income Rates products or FX.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within highly demanding Front Office environments.

• Production Support Analyst
• Front Office experience
• Experienced across L2 Application Support
• Fixed Income (Rates/Credit) or EFX
• SQL proficiency
