A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Active Directory Engineer to be working at a leading international investment bank.

Overview: The role is for an experienced Microsoft AD / EntraID Engineer in Core Infrastructure IAM engineering within Identity & Access Technology Services; responsible for the definition and delivery of global solutions for both on-premise and cloud solutions. The successful candidate will work within the Core Infra IAM team and must possess relevant experience in the implementation of on-premise and cloud solutions relating to identity and security.

Role / Principal Accountabilities:

  • The engineering function is responsible for engineering all aspects of Core Infra IAM identity and infrastructure components.
  • The candidate must be a highly self-motivated team player with good oral and written skills and confidence to present to management.
  • The candidate should also have a good sense of discipline for change control procedures.
  • A flexible work ethic is required with the ability to form part of a multi-platform global engineering team.

Subject-matter expert knowledge required:

  • Active Directory related technologies including Tiered Admin Models (i.e., OU Design, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory enterprise design principles, etc.).
  • Microsoft EntraID and related technologies.
  • Active Directory and EntraID Security as well as Microsoft best practices for securing privileged access.
  • Windows Server technologies.
  • Designing and deploying PowerShell security controls within an enterprise environment as well as developing automation and scripting (PowerShell) to drive efficiencies.
  • Deploying Microsoft Authenticator for both on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Identity Federation.
