What You Will Do (Full-Time Graduate Pathway) As a Software Developer with mthree, you will work in dynamic, global teams to build complex applications that solve real-world problems. Training: Attend mthree Academy’s online training at your own pace, over the duration of 12 weeks, focusing on Java or other client-required languages. Permanent Role: Most graduates transition into permanent positions with their client post-programme. Full-stack application design, development, and testing. Monitoring, support, and troubleshooting fundamentals. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (2:1 or higher). A solid foundation in software engineering principles. Roles requiring access to classified information may additionally require SC clearance , which involves more detailed vetting of personal, employment, financial, and security-related information, and typically requires at least five years of UK residency to enable meaningful checks.
