Model Risk Business Analyst – Investment Bank
A highly respected investment bank requires a Model Risk Business Analyst to work within their Risk Management Division.
Department
The Risk Management Division encompasses the firm\’s comprehensive risk framework responsible for determining and managing the overall risk appetite for the firm. The division is responsible for effectively managing the firm’s risk‑return profile which ensures the efficient deployment of the firm’s capital.
This role involves working with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, enhance the Firm’s Model Inventory, and streamline existing control and reporting processes. You’ll be responsible for developing documentation, preparing test cases, leading UAT testing, and supporting the rollout of Model Risk training across all regions.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and implement strategic solutions for the Firm\’s Model Inventory
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, Model Governance teams, and vendors to deliver project phases
- Lead UAT testing to ensure requirements are met
- Support the development of user guides and training materials
- Provide business analysis to support integration of Model Risk tools
Skills and Experience Required
