If you are seeking a rewarding position in a thriving organisation, this could be the opportunity for you.The Role- Management Apprenticeship Skills CoachExperience of delivering Operations/Departmental Manager L5 and Associate Project Manager L4 essential.Delivery of Sales L4 and/or Team Leader L3 an advantage.Remote delivery.Office, home based or hybrid.Are you looking for a role that offers both variety and reward, with a focus on supporting and coaching apprenticeship learners as they progress through their learning towards the End Point Assessment?Responsibilities IncludeResponsible for the support and development of a caseload of up to 40 learners.Delivering knowledge to Cohorts.Monthly remote coaching visits with learners.Accurate and timely evidence documentation using our e-learning platform.Input into Curriculum design.Support towards learner completing Maths and English Functional skills.Uphold MTDs core values including the Prevent agenda, British values, and our commitment towards the safeguarding of our learners.Commitment to own Continuing Professional Development.Person SpecificationExperienceOccupational competence in Management /Project Management- 3 years min.(required)Experience in coaching individuals or teams (required)Experience in teaching Maths and English up to L2 (desirableWorking knowledge/understanding of safeguarding (required)Education/QualificationsTAQA/A1/D32/D33 (desirable)Teaching qualification (required)L5 Management Qualification.
