The Role

  • Management Apprenticeship Skills Coach
  • Experience of delivering Operations/Departmental Manager L5 and/or Team Leader L3 essential.
  • Delivery of Sales L4 and/or Associate Project Manager L4 an advantage.
  • Remote delivery. Office, home based or hybrid.

Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for the support and development of a caseload of up to 40 learners.
  • Monthly remote coaching visits with learners.
  • Accurate and timely evidence documentation using our e-learning platform.
  • Input into Curriculum design.
  • Support towards learner completing Maths and English Functional skills.
  • Uphold MTDs core values including the Prevent agenda, British values, and our commitment towards the safeguarding of our learners.
  • Commitment to own Continuing Professional Development.

Person Specification

Experience

  • Occupational competence in Management /Project Management - 3 years min. (required)
  • Experience in coaching individuals or teams (required)
  • Experience in teaching Maths and English up to L2 (desirable)
  • Working knowledge/understanding of safeguarding (required)

Education/Qualifications

  • TAQA/A1/D32/D33 (desirable)
  • Teaching qualification (required)
  • L5 Management Qualification. (desirable)
  • Maths and English at L2

Skills

  • High level of interpersonal skills, communication, and professional conduct.
  • High level of attention to detail and a right first time attitude.
  • Good IT skills and willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Good practical ability in English and Maths.
  • Ability to self-manage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change.

Package

  • Salary: £32-35k dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Commission: Incentive programme for completions
  • Hours: Full time (37.5 hours) HQ in Coventry office based/home/hybrid available
  • Holidays: 22 days + Bank Holidays. An additional 2 days per year for each full year of service rising to 30 days max
  • Socials: Paid team nights out for employees and families
  • Progression: On-going training, development, and progression opportunities in a rapidly growing business
  • Private Health Care: Private healthcare for yourself after 1 year of service. After 5 years of service this will cover family too.
