We are looking for a Senior PPC Executive who knows how to make ads work. You will take full ownership of our paid search strategy across 3 brands - running smart, lean campaigns that drive quality leads and real results. This is not an agency role; this is in-house, which means focus. You will have the freedom to test, refine, and scale without being pulled in a hundred directions. Your mission? Turn budget into performance. And when you do, you will be well rewarded.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Running and refining Google and Bing campaigns with full control over budget and bidding strategies
- Writing sharp, high-converting ad copy that actually gets clicks
- Running A/B tests and optimising landing pages for conversions
- Tracking, analysing, and improving performance daily
- Reporting results in a way that makes it easy for decision-makers to act
What You Will Bring:
- At least 2 years of hands-on PPC experience, especially Google Ads and Bing Ads (Facebook Ads is a bonus but not essential)
- You know your way around scripts, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- You can build and understand a tracking setup (and fix one if needed)
- You are a data storyteller, using numbers to guide decisions, not just fill slides
- You love testing, learning, and improving. Always.
- You are commercially switched-on and results-focused
- You can work solo or as part of a small but mighty team
- You are organised, accountable, and proactive - no need for hand-holding
Benefits include:
- A role where your results directly shape your rewards
- £30,000 basic with on target earnings of £45,000 - £50,000
- Private health care
- The chance to do the best PPC work of your career without layers of red tape
Ready to take full ownership of an organisation's PPC channel and be rewarded for performance, not promises? Let's talk.
