Who WeAre Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Web Development Account Manager. This hybrid role requires a unique combination of digital marketing expertise, technical web development understanding, and exceptional project and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
As an account manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication. As such, you will act as the first point of contact for all client queries and requests.
You will work closely with a team of designers, developers and digital marketing specialists, manage their workload, and ensure deadlines are met. Together with your team, you will formulate strategies and create proposals to further grow web and digital marketing activities for clients.
You will also analyse results, interpret and present these to clients in meetings and reports, and use commercial and technical knowledge to make the appropriate recommendations.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven success in building excellent client relationships.
- 2+ years previous account management experience – ideally in an agency.
- Experience in Pharmacy with knowledge of regulations is a plus.
- Commercial awareness
- Comfortable handling difficult conversations with clients
- Highly organised with experience in leading a team successfully.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- A good overview knowledge of backend and frontend development.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Shopify, etc.
- A good understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, paid search, social media, email, etc.)
- Familiar with various marketing and CRM tools (GA, GTM, GSC, Google Ads, Data Studio, SEMrush, Zoho, etc.)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
