The Role As a Senior Advisor within our Automation Transformation team, you'll work closely with manufacturing organisations to understand their current operations, identify opportunities for improvement and develop automation strategies that deliver measurable business value. You'll lead customer-facing projects, facilitate workshops, assess automation readiness and support clients in adopting robotics and automation technologies that drive productivity, efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead complex client-facing transformation and automation projects. Facilitate discovery workshops to identify business, operational and technology improvement opportunities. Assess manufacturing readiness for automation using structured methodologies and assessment tools. Develop automation and robotics strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans. Identify suitable technologies and solutions to address client challenges. Lead multidisciplinary project teams across MTC technology groups. Oversee the delivery and technical governance of project outcomes. Support the development of pilot automation systems and proof-of-concept projects. Build trusted relationships with customers, technology partners and key stakeholders.
