  • Approachable and supportive, with the ability to handle sensitive issues confidently.
  • Customer-focused, with a passion for providing an outstanding service to learners and employers.
  • A clear communicator, confident presenting and working with learners of all ages.
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft 365 and willing to learn learner management systems.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, able to recommend improvements to processes and support a positive culture.
  • Aligned with MTC’s values: One Team Together, Insatiable Curiosity, Pursuit of the Best, Enterprising Spirit.

Essential Requirements

  • Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using digital communication tools.

Desirable

  • Experience working with learners in an education or training environment.
  • Knowledge of e-portfolios (particularly Smart Assessor).
