Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Revenue Growth: Drive initiatives to achieve sales targets through new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling. Oversee the development of proposals and pitches to secure new business.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aimed at expanding the company’s footprint and revenue. Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
This position is suited for an individual with significant experience in the Civil Industry sectors, including prime contractors and/or their supply chain. You should possess strong leadership skills, lead by example, and have a passion for developing people.
