The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) Training division seeks a Programme Operations Coordinator to oversee the operational coordination of all training programmes. You will manage a personal caseload of learners, support the enrichment programme, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets ESFA, Ofsted, and internal quality standards.
You will lead on safeguarding, health and safety, and stakeholder communications, coordinating inductions, course reviews, and learner data administration.
