We are creating an In-house Talent Acquisition Team to serve the current and future resourcing requirements, aligned to the business strategy. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting high-quality candidates, whilst maintaining solid relationships with all key stakeholders for vacancies across our business areas.

In this role, the post-holder will be given a key business area to partner where they will work closely with the hiring managers to provide recruitment expertise, knowledge and guidance on their recruitment requirements, before going out to the market to find the best candidates for the role, using a range of direct sourcing methodologies. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including hiring manager management, sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, and final candidate selection. Additionally, the post-holder will be focused on making sure the best hiring processes are in place so that an exceptional candidate experience can be achieved every time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified HR professional with strong Talent Acquisition/HR skillsets.

Due to the nature of our business, all employment is subject to satisfactory references being obtained, attainment of either a Security Check, Disclosure Scotland Criminal Record Check or Foreign Police Check (whichever is applicable depending on duration of UK residency) and, as applicable, a medical assessment. Access to US technical data by employees requires prior Trade Control function approval. Clearance must be carried out against all applicable US export control authorisations.
