MTC Training in Coventry is seeking a Quality Improvement Leader to strengthen teaching, learning, assessment and learner experience across apprenticeship, commercial and upskilling provision.

You will support curriculum teams with evidence-led improvement aligned to Ofsted expectations and embedding best practice in day-to-day delivery.

The role requires coaching and mentoring of trainers, standardisation and QA readiness, plus development of clear policies and dashboards using Microsoft 365.
