About The Role
We’re looking for a Programme Operations Coordinator to manage the operational delivery of our training programmes. You’ll oversee a personal caseload of learners, support their wellbeing, and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (ESFA, Ofsted, Matrix). This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learners.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and deliver all operational aspects of training programmes, including inductions and progress reviews
- Manage learner administration and data, ensuring compliance with ESFA and MTC processes
- Provide pastoral care, safeguarding, and behavioural management for learners
- Communicate regularly with employers and stakeholders on learner progress
- Support health and safety, enrichment activities, and logistics for learner inductions
- Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding policies across the learner community
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- IT literate (Microsoft 365) and ideally experienced with e-portfolios (Smart Assessor)
- Passionate advocate for apprenticeships and training
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
Essential:
- Functional Skills Level 2 / GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above)
Desirable:
- Experience working with learners in a management or leadership role
- Knowledge of Learner Management Systems (Pro Monitor, Pro Solution, Smart Assessor)
