At HTRC—a state‑of‑the‑art aerospace research facility—you’ll work within a unique environment focused on production‑scale experimentation, precision manufacturing and breakthrough process innovation.

We’re hiring a Core Technician to join our expert Inspection team, specialising in ceramic core finishing and visual defect assessment for advanced components. Your work will directly support high‑precision manufacturing processes used in aerospace‑grade casting and engineering. In this role, you will:

  • Carry out accurate finishing and inspection tasks to ensure high‑quality, on‑time component delivery
  • Follow work instructions and route cards meticulously, with zero deviation
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and problem‑solving activities
  • Support the wider inspection area as required
  • Occasionally work at partner sites when necessary
