MTC Training is a multi-award-winning Independent Training Provider delivering high-quality engineering apprenticeships and upskilling training courses.

The Commercial Training Coordinator’s key purpose is to assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support the Commercial delivery team, working closely with the Commercial Lead and Product Development Manager.

Key Activities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external course booking requests, collaborating with the Business Development team and Commercial Lead.
  • Coordinate communication with internal and external delegates and their employers.
  • Support the EPA administrative process, working with the End Point Assessment and Customer Engagement Manager.
  • Manage internal systems such as scheduling software and LMS platform.
  • Generate business performance reports and provide LMS guidance related to Commercial Training.
  • Schedule the workload, bookings, and course planning for the Commercial Training team.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings and administrative tasks.
  • Handle purchase order requests.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
