- Raise and issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Allocation of cash receipts to invoices
- Preparing and issuing statements to Debtors and dealing with follow up queries
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports on aged debt
- Support in month end closing processes relating to Accounts Receivable
- Managing emails in the Accounts Receivable inbox, including customer queries
- Maintaining and cross-check of the events income schedule
- Upload of invoices to customer portals
- Filing of bank statements
- Maintain records of invoices raised and emails received to ensure an appropriate audit trail exists
- Co-operation and assistance with the external auditors at year end regarding sample requests

Key responsibilities:
- Raise and issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Allocation of cash receipts to invoices
- Preparing and issuing statements to Debtors and dealing with follow up queries
- Assist in the preparation and review of reports on aged debt
- Support in month end closing processes relating to Accounts Receivable
- Managing emails in the Accounts Receivable inbox, including customer queries

- Maintain Membership invoice schedule
- Upload of invoices to customer portals
- Filing of bank statements
- Maintain records of invoices raised and emails received to ensure an appropriate audit trail exists
- Co-operation and assistance with the external auditors at year end regarding sample requests
