We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Engineer who is passionate about making a real impact and putting quality and control at the heart of everything you do. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and maintaining the high standards that define our products - from design and development through to production and final testing.
As we are a small company, we need a versatile person who can control production and assembly of our carts, oversee all aspects of quality assurance (goods in/out, suppliers etc.) so we can obtain ISO 9001.
You will bring hands-on experience from a quality-related engineering or manufacturing environment, using your knowledge of quality standards and auditing processes to champion best practice, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

MT Millar is a young rapidly growing business, with a passion for cart and trolley design and specialist custom industrial furniture.
- Production: Organise all parts for assembly from a supplied BOM, look at aids and jigs to improve assembly.
- QA: Check all incoming parts to supplied drawings for quality and correct manufacturer.
- Oversee: ISO 9001 system.
- Design: Assist with design on all products.
- Warehouse: Organise all aspects of the warehouse for production.
- Installation: Undertake all assembly within warehouse or out on site.
