An exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Team Leader to work in our Head and Neck Ward at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH), which cares for the people of Brent, Ealing, Harrow and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Provision of safe patient care in accordance with all relevant Trust policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the safe, effective and efficient running of Gray Ward.
- Demonstrating effective clinical, leadership and management skills.
- Deputising for the Clinical Nurse Manager as required, attending meetings on her behalf and sharing the outcomes of these meetings.
