This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual to join the Integrated Medicine service at Ealing and Central Middlesex Hospital as a Team Leader supporting the Endocrine, Diabetes, Rheumatology and Nephrology specialties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality secretarial and administrative support to the multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Play a central role in ensuring a positive patient experience, supporting smooth navigation through the service.
- Take responsibility for patient pathway tracking and RTT validation, ensuring timely and accurate management of patient journeys.
- Work collaboratively with the wider service team, including clinicians, administrative colleagues, and pathway coordinators.
- Line management of administrative staff.
- Contribute to maintaining efficient clinic processes, supporting performance standards, and escalating issues as needed.
