Regional Hyperacute Rehabilitation unit is looking to recruit a Nursing Associate to join our nursing team. The post holder will work under supervision and on their own initiative delivering care to patients with complex neurological injuries. This role is within a skilled interdisciplinary team specialising in Neuro-Rehabilitation, providing holistic, patient-centred, goal‑oriented rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care within a delegated caseload under indirect supervision and following written care plans and pathways devised by the registered nurse.
- Participate in multidisciplinary working and the development, implementation and evaluation of the delivery of health care services.
- Work within a scope of practice under the direction or supervision of the registered Nurse in line with legal and ethical frameworks and organisational policies.
- Demonstrate self-directed development and practice and work cooperatively with the ward team to ensure good inter-disciplinary teamwork.
- Assume clinical responsibility for managing a delegated caseload appropriate to grade and experience.
- Foundation Degree/Assistant Practitioner course or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in neurological care and/or rehabilitation.
