Position Overview: The Technologist will be responsible for operating radiology equipment to produce images of the body, aiding in diagnostic evaluations in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling outpatient, inpatient, and emergent cases involving x-ray
- C-arm procedures within the operating room
- Scheduled fluoroscopy cases
The Technologist will have close contact with Radiologists via phone and occasionally in person, and will work closely with licensed CT Technologists to learn CT scanning techniques.
Qualifications:
- ARRT (R) certification required
- Vermont Radiologic Technologist License needed upon start date
