The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Performs general, routine maintenance and servicing operations through the facility. This includes carpentry/plumbing tasks, as well as preventative maintenance duties/inspections of equipment and the facilities. Responsible for providing security to the Facility. Assures the physical safety of patients, Hospital staff and visitors.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience: Prefer maintenance experience in handling minor repairs. Demonstrative proficiency in basic carpentry and plumbing.
