POSITION SUMMARY
The Nurse Liaison screens patients for potential admission to MAHHC. The nurse acts as liaison between outside facilities and MAHHC and coordinates MAHHC admissions
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Preferred Requirements Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont or NH B.S. Degree in a rehabilitation discipline, or Certified Rehabilitation Nurse, or other appropriate experience.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. Candidate Must demonstrate effective oral communication and overall professional behavior. Experience in word processing and data entry preferred.
