Job Description
- Advising and training workshops and dealers on spare parts sales
- Carrying out product presentations and training courses on site and digitally
- Analysing customer requirements and developing individual solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Analysing the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Working closely with the sales team to support sales
Qualifications
- Completed education in the Automotive sector (technology, service or sales) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the field of vehicle spare parts, ideally in field service or technical support
- Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation
- Independent and structured way of working
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Confident handling of MS Office and digital media
- Driving license
