This role owns MSX’s internal Data Platform, a Databricks-based environment built on Microsoft Azure. The platform’s scope includes data pipelines, analytics‑enabling datasets and integration services that connect upstream and downstream systems.
The Product Owner defines the strategic direction, translates business needs into a prioritised roadmap and works across engineering, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, well‑governed data capabilities. This is a strategic, cross‑functional role. It requires someone comfortable operating in ambiguity, building platform disciplines where they don’t yet fully exist and influencing delivery outcomes without direct authority over all teams.
